Return Process

  Securely pack the item in its original box, including all manuals, cables, and remote controls to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
